When I made my trip to Croatia at the end of 2019, more precisely to the Trogir region, to look for a holiday apartment there according to my ideas, I researched very carefully at the beginning. Why Croatia? It is the country with lonely and rugged gorges, deep river valleys, a beautiful Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches.
First I explored the area, talked to locals, visited restaurants and enjoyed the cuisine and Croatian culture.
After many beautiful and eventful activities, it was clear to me that this holiday apartment should be in the quiet Seget Donji, not far from the medieval port town of Trogir.

Apartment Casa Perisia with panoramic views
The apartment can be occupied by 4 people and has a size of
approx. 74 m² - with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a living room with a kitchen and a dining area and a terrace with a sea view and an area of approx. 11 m².
A parking space is included and is located directly in front of the house.
You enter the apartment via a non-barrier-free, private entrance. All rooms have air conditioning, which also serves as heating. The windows are equipped with electric shutters.
In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. A hair dryer, a washing machine, detergents, toilet paper, towels and bed linen also belong to Casa Perisia.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee maker, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.
The first bedroom includes a large bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
The second bedroom has a wardrobe and two separate beds that can be pulled out.
The balcony can accommodate at least 4 people and has an electric awning. The view over the port of Trogir and the Adriatic Sea is indispensable for breakfast or to end the evening.
Location
The modernly furnished holiday apartment Casa Perisia awaits you with a high-quality ambience and sea views of the Adriatic Sea. The walk is only a few minutes to the 300m distant fine-grained pebble beach on the promenade of Seget Donji.
In a five-minute walk, restaurants, bars and markets of Dalmatian specialties invite you to linger.
Popular sights near the apartment are Rozac Beach, Marinova Draga Beach and Trogir Marina.
A visit to the Krka National Park is worthwhile for all nature lovers.
Recommendation: Use the opportunity to visit the port city of Zadar and the oldest coastal town of Šibenik during your stay.
