Data protection

This data protection declaration gives you an overview of what data is collected on my website and what happens to your personal data when you visit my website. I take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. The database is protected at all times by appropriate technical and organizational measures against inspection, processing and use by unauthorized persons.

§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data
 

(1) In the following I inform you about the collection of personal data when using my website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(2) The person responsible in accordance with Article 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Martin Peris, Hrvatskih žrtava, 21220, Seget Donji, Croatia (see imprint ).

(3) When you contact me by email or via the contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name) will be saved in order to answer your questions. I delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.

(4) If I use commissioned service providers for individual functions of my offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, I will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. I also name the specified criteria for the storage period.
 

§ 2 Your rights


(1) You have the following rights towards me with regard to the personal data concerning you:
– right to information,
– right to rectification or erasure,
– right to restriction of processing,
– right to object to processing,
– Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by me.
 

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting my website
 

(1) If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide me with information, I only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to the server. If you want to look at my website, I collect the following data, which is technically necessary for me to show you my website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO ):
- IP address,
– date and time of the request,
– Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
– content of the request (specific page),
– access status/HTTP status code,
- each transmitted amount of data,
– Website from which the request comes,
– browsers,
– operating system and its interface,
– Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use my website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (here from me). Cookies cannot run programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
– Transient cookies (see b),
– Persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to my website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
d) You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and e.g. B. refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. I would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.
e) I use cookies to be able to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account. Otherwise you would have to log in again for each visit.
f) The Flash cookies used are not recorded by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. I also use HTML5 storage objects, which are stored on your device. These objects store the required data regardless of the browser you use and do not have an automatic expiry date. If you do not want the Flash cookies to be processed, you would have to install a corresponding add-on, e.g. B. "Better Privacy" for Mozilla Firefox ( https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/ ) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. I also recommend manually deleting your cookies and browser history on a regular basis.

 

§ 4 Security of processing
 

Your personal data is protected at all times by appropriate technical and organizational measures against inspection, processing and use by unauthorized persons.
 

§ 5 contact form
 

(1) If you contact me using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO). You can revoke this consent at any time.

(2) The data you enter in the contact form will remain with me until you ask me to delete them, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected. Contact requests for existing bookings will be forwarded to our service provider, who will handle the booking and process the requests for you. If you do not want this, do not enter a booking number in the contact form. You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time.
 

§ 6 Use of the booking form


(1) If you want to book my holiday apartment, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which I need to process your booking. Mandatory information required for the processing of the contracts is not marked separately. Further information is voluntary and marked separately. I process the data you provide to process your booking. For this purpose I can pass on your payment data to my house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

(2) Due to commercial and tax regulations, I am obliged to store your address, payment and booking data for a period of ten years. However, after two years I will restrict the processing, ie your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

(3) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.


 

§ 7 Use of Google Analytics


(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) being sent to Google and the processing of this data by Google by using the browser plug-in available under the following link. download and install in: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". As a result, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, which means that they cannot be linked to individuals. If the data collected about you has a personal reference, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately.

(5) I use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of my website. I can use the statistics obtained to improve my offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework . The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR.

(7) This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “My data”, “Personal data”.


§ 8 Use of Jetpack


This website uses the WordPress.com plugin Jetpack, a tool for statistical evaluation of visitor access, operated by Automattic  Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA, using tracking technology from  Quantcast  Inc., 201 3rd St, Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94103-3153, USA. jet pack  uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is stored on a server in the USA. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full. You can object to the collection and use of data by Quantcast with effect for the future by setting an opt-out cookie in your browser by clicking on the "Click here to opt-out" link:  http://www.quantcast.com/opt-out . If you delete all cookies on your computer, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
 

§ 9 Use of social media plug-ins


(1) I am currently using the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Whatsapp. I use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit my site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initials or the logo. I give you the opportunity to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. In the case of Facebook, according to the respective provider in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is therefore transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, I recommend that you delete all cookies via the security settings of your browser before clicking on the logo.

(2) I have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor am I aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing, the storage periods. I also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

(3) The plug-in provider saves the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. With the plug-ins I offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users, so that I can improve my offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR.

(4) The data is passed on regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in to the plug-in provider, your data collected from me will be assigned directly to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and z. B. links the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. I recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this way you can avoid being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.

There you will also receive further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy.

§ 10 Google Web Fonts


(1) My website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser sometimes loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display text and fonts in an appealing way.
(2) For this purpose, your browser will connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that my website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and visually appealing presentation of our website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font on your computer will be used.
